Terms of service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use Girlies. You confirm your age when you enter the site and when you create your account. Accounts of anyone under 18 are closed. You must not let anyone under 18 use your account or see its content.

Girlies is an AI companion service. The companions are fictional characters whose replies, voices and photos are generated by AI. They are not real people and are not based on real people. Every companion is an adult aged 21 or older. The companions cannot meet you, contact you outside the service or make decisions for you. Nothing they say is professional advice of any kind.

You need a valid email address and a password. Keep your login private, because you are responsible for activity on your account. One account is for one person. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access to it.

You must not use Girlies to create, request or share content that:

• involves minors, appears to involve minors or sexualizes childlike features, in any form,
• depicts or names real people, including celebrities and people you know,
• shows non consensual acts,
• promotes or describes illegal acts, violence against others or self harm,
• infringes anyone's rights,
• tries to make a companion appear younger than 21.

Photos never contain nudity. We use automated checks to enforce these rules, and replies or photos that break them are refused. Breaking these rules can lead to immediate account closure without a refund, and content involving minors is reported to the authorities.

When you build a companion you choose her looks, personality, backstory and voice within the options we offer. Her age must be 21 or older. You must not model her on a real person. We may refuse or remove a custom companion that breaks these terms.

Girlies is sold as monthly or yearly subscriptions with the prices and limits shown on the pricing page at the time you buy. Limits count what you use in each billing period and reset at the start of the next one. Deleting chats does not restore used limits. Plans renew automatically until you cancel in your account settings. You keep access until the end of the paid period. A discreet billing name appears on your statement. Payments are final except as set out in the Refund policy.

The home page offers a short demo chat without an account, once per device. The demo may be limited or paused at any time to protect the service.

AI replies, voices and photos are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, unexpected or not to your taste. You use them at your own discretion. You may use the content you receive for your personal, non commercial use.

You can delete your account at any time in your settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, misuses the service, disputes charges without contacting us first, or puts others at risk.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we tell you by email or in the service before it applies. Continuing to use Girlies after that means you accept the new terms.
