• Account data, your email address, a hashed password, the date you confirmed your age and accepted our terms.
• Conversations, your messages, her replies, voice notes, call audio while a call is in progress and photos sent in your chats.
• Memory, the facts your companion saves in her journal about you.
• Companions you create, their looks, personality, backstory and voice settings.
• Billing data, your plan, payment dates and amounts. Card details are handled by our payment partner, and we never see your full card number.
• Technical data, IP address, browser type, device type, and how you arrived at the site.

• To run your account and the chats you ask for.
• To let your companion remember you, which is the purpose of the memory journal.
• To bill your subscription and keep billing records the law requires.
• To keep the service safe, enforce our content rules and prevent abuse and fraud.
• To send you account emails, such as sign up codes and receipts.

We do not sell your data, we do not use your chats for advertising, and no person reads your conversations as part of running the service.

We process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal duties such as tax and billing records, for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure, and with your consent where the law requires it.

We share data only with service providers who help us run Girlies, under contracts that limit their use of it.

• A hosting provider that stores and runs the service.
• AI model providers that generate replies, voices and photos.
• An email delivery provider for account emails.
• A payment partner that processes subscription payments.
• Authorities, where the law requires it, including reports of content involving minors.

Some providers process data outside your country. Where that happens, we use safeguards required by law, such as standard contractual clauses.

• Chats, memory and photos, until you delete them or your account.
• Account data, for as long as your account exists.
• Billing records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Technical logs, for a limited period for security.

You can delete one chat, a memory fact or your whole account in your settings at any time. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to move it to another service. Write to [email protected] from the email on your account. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Girlies is not for anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we close it and delete its data.

We use only the cookies needed to run the site, such as your session and your age confirmation. Details in the Cookie policy.

We may update this policy. If a change matters, we tell you before it applies.
