1. Payments are final
A Girlies plan is a monthly or yearly subscription that gives you access to the service for that period, with the limits described on our pricing page. Access for the whole period starts as soon as the payment goes through, whether or not you use it. You pay for access for a period, not for each message, photo or minute.
Before you pay, the home page lets you try a short demo chat, so you can see how the companions talk before you choose a plan.
By subscribing you ask us to start providing the service immediately. Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal or a cooling off period, you acknowledge that it ends once the service has started, to the extent the law allows.
2. What is not refunded
- Changing your mind or no longer wanting the service.
- Not using the service, or using less than your plan allows, during a paid period.
- Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date, or cancelling right after a renewal.
- A renewal charged after one or more failed payment attempts. The new period had already started.
- Thinking a plan was a one time payment. Every plan is a recurring subscription, as shown on the pricing page, at checkout and in your account.
- Dissatisfaction with the style of AI replies, voices or photos. AI output varies, and the demo chat lets you judge it first.
- Replies or photos refused because they break our content rules.
- Buying the wrong plan or billing period.
- The unused part of a period after cancelling. Access runs to the end of the paid period and is never prorated.
- Someone else using your account, including where you shared your login.
- An account closed for breaking our Terms of service.
3. The only exceptions
We refund only in the cases below, only where the records support it, and only up to the affected charge.
- Double charge. You were billed twice for the same period because of a fault in our billing.
- Proven unauthorized charge. Someone used your card without your permission, you tell us within 14 days, and the transaction records confirm it. We may ask you to confirm you have reported it to your card issuer.
- Total service failure. A confirmed fault on our side made the service completely unusable for a continuous period, you reported it at the time, and we could not fix it. Slow replies, partial issues and problems with your own device or connection are not included.
A refund, where granted, is limited to the amount you paid for the affected period and goes back to the original payment method.
4. How to ask for a refund
Write to [email protected] within 14 days of the charge, from the email address on your account. Include the date and amount of the charge and the reason under section 3. Requests after 14 days are not considered.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback raised without contacting us first is a breach of our Terms and leads to the account being closed.
5. Renewals and cancelling
Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel any time in your account settings, with no need to contact us. Cancelling stops future renewals right away, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
If a renewal payment fails, it is still due for the period that has started, and it may be retried over the following days. Cancelling after a period has begun stops the renewals after it, not the payment for the current one.
6. Records we keep
For each subscription we keep the date and time of purchase, the plan and price shown at checkout, your acceptance of our terms, the confirmation email and renewal notices, and a log of account activity. Our payment partner keeps its own transaction records. These records are what we check a refund request against.
